WHIRLWINDS SPEED CAMP

Does your athlete want to compete at the next level but their speed, agility, strength and self confidence is holding them back? Has your athlete been inactive since their last sports season and needs to shake the rust off? Do you have an athlete looking to get in shape to play a sport? If so, Whirlwinds Speed Camp is definitely where you want them to be!
Whirlwinds Speed Academy's speed camps are a great way to give your athlete something fun to do for a few hours while also helping them improve their core skills of speed agility and strength. From 9am to noon (age 9-12) and 1:15pm - 4:15pm (ages 13 - 16), Monday thru Friday, our performance coaches will work with your athlete to give them the training needed to get faster, move more precisely and get stronger!
Our performance coaches are current and previous NCAA athletes who will train your athlete in fun and comfortable environment where they will train hard and learn what it takes to be a great athlete. They will not only learn sports skills, they will learn life skills as well. .
Give us 2 weeks and we'll give your athlete the tools for game-changing speed!
- Pre and post speed, agility, running form and posture assessment to show exactly where your athlete needs to improve to perform their best and avoid injuries. *Athlete must have completed the entire 2 week program.
- Two weeks of speed and agility training sessions guaranteed to give athletes the core skills to shave seconds off their speed metrics and give them the foundation to game-changing skills.
- Speed training that will yield significant improvements in first step explosiveness. Athletes will learn mechanics and skills that will have an immediate impact.
- Agility and multi-directional training which will improve your athlete's ability to change directions.
- Daily team building, leadership and mentorship lessons to help our athletes be champions in the field of play and in the field of life!
- Education on what to eat to feel and perform at their best, especially on game day.

June 20th - July 1st
July 11th - July 22nd
July 25th - August 5th
August 8th - August 19th
Daily Schedule for all Sessions:
Ages 9 thru 12: 9am - noon
Ages 13 thru 16: 1:15pm - 4:15pm
All athletes will receive a Whirlwinds Speed Academy T-Shirt and
a pre and post speed/agility assessment
