Owner/Head Performance Coach
For the past 15 years Coach Tee has coached various sports including baseball, basketball, martial arts, track & field and cross country. Coach Tee is currently the boys and girls track team sprints coach at Garnet Valley High School and the head cross-country coach at Garnet Valley Middle School. Tee is also the founder and head coach of an AAU track and cross-country team, Whirlwinds Track Club that has had many Junior Olympic qualifiers and medalists. While a member of the Widener University track team, Coach Tee broke the 400m dash record and was a two-time Middle Atlantic Conference Championship silver medalist in the 200m/400m dash.

Certified Personal Trainer - American Council on Exercise (ACE)
United States Track and Field (USATF) Level I Certified Coach
Parisi Speed School Certified Performance Coach
2nd degree black belt in the Tang Soo Do discipline of martial arts.
U.S. Air Force Veteran
Coach Andy was a member of the track teams at Kent State University and Widener University. Previous to that Andy was a key running back on the Penn Wood High school football team and captain of the track team. As a senior he was the District Champion in the 400m dash. From Widener University Andy went on to be head track coach of several successful middle school and high school track and field programs. Coach Andy is currently the head indoor track coach of Whirlwinds Track Club.

USATF Level III Certified Coach
Coach Lloyd is a native of Miami, FL who moved to the area to attend college at Widener University. Lloyd was a captain of the Widener University football team and team MVP. While at Widener Coach Lloyd was also a 3 year team captain of the track team and the MAC Conference Champion in the indoor shot put and outdoor discus. Lloyd has 15 years of coaching experience in football, track & field and basketball. Lloyd is also the throws coach for Whirlwinds Track Club and has trained youth javelin throwers who have qualified for the Junior Olympics and won medals at the Pennsylvania Keystone Games. In addition, Coach Lloyd is an assistant coach for the Delaware County Christian School's football and track teams.
